The various positions within our organization are as follows:
Greet our customers and service their needs throughout the repair process
Handles the drive-up and scheduled estimates for customers. Responsible for all aspects of the customer repair experience at Goff’s. Works directly with insurance company personnel.
Manage shop personnel, handle throughput and process improvement.
Lead our sales staff by training and seeking additional sources of revenue
Order, receive and process all parts needed for repairs.
Auto Body Technician
Responsible for repairing the body and structure of the vehicle
Auto Body Apprentice
Body tech trainee. May include body repair, parts replacement, and reassembly
Handles the mechanical components of the repair.
Responsible for prepping the surface of the vehicle prior to painting. This person also does buffing as needed after paint.
Responsible for the refinishing operations. Color selection, mixing of paint and spraying the vehicle.
Responsible for pre-washing and checking in every vehicle when it is dropped at the facility prior to repair planning. This includes documenting with photos. Responsible for detailing entire vehicle prior to delivery. Some detailers will also buff the freshly painted surfaces.
